Expert AuPair is a cultural exchange organization. We match young people from outside the United States with with host families in Florida, who need childcare. Our au pairs have childcare experience and are between 18 and 26 years old.  Au pairs work legally for host families, and provide up to 45 hours of childcare per week in return for a weekly salary of at least $157.95.

Expert AuPair is one of only twelve organizations designated by the US Department of State to operate an au pair program, and is the only such company headquartered in Florida.

Our fees, for families and for au pairs, are completely transparent. As a family-owned Florida company, we are delighted to be able to offer this program to Florida families for a fraction of the rates of our nationwide competitors. In addition, pur CEO came to the US from Europe, and he is always very keen to attract qualified au pairs who are committed to the ideals of the program, and to make sure they are treated fairly. This is why we have such low fees for au pair candidates.
