A report of our interview with your au pair. Our interviewers are paid only to conduct interviews, and are not given a bonus if their au pair is successful.

Issuing the form your au pair needs to obtain a J-1 visa. We provide a detailed instruction sheet, which varies depending on which Embassy your au pair will visit. This helps them prepare for their interview, and makes it less likely that your au pair, who you've decided is perfect for your family, is delayed.

- Support Network:
The services of a local representative and regional representative who
will help your transition and act as a support during the au pair's stay. Your local representative will live within an hour of your house. Your regional representative is in head office in Saint Petersburg, so you have the best local support imaginable.

First Aid and Adult, Child, and Infant CPR training for your au pair.
- Child Development Training:
24 hours of child development training for your au pair, taught in person in Saint Petersburg.
