Included

  • Health Insurance: Health insurance for your au pair. The policy we offer has no deductible and there is no copayment for unexpected doctor's visits. We think your au pair is more likely to take care of his/her health if he/she is not frightened of the cost of visiting a doctor.
  • Pre-screening: Detailed pre-screening of au pairs including childcare experience and reference verification, background and driving checks.
  • Home-country Interview with Expert AuPair: Our interviewers conduct interviews in the applicant's home country prior to their arrival in the U.S.  Our interviewers are paid only to conduct interviews, and are not given a bonus if their au pair is successful.
  • Visa forms: Issuing the form your au pair needs to obtain a J-1 visa. We provide a detailed instruction sheet, which varies depending on which embassy your au pair will visit. This helps them prepare for their interview, and makes it less likely that your au pair, who you've decided is perfect for your family, is delayed.
  • Embassy Scheduling: In most countries, we will schedule the interview for your au pair.
  • Support Network: The services of a local representative and regional representative who will help your transition and act as a support during the au pair's stay. Your local representative will live within an hour of your house, so you have the best local support imaginable.
  • Orientation: Orientation for your au pair.
  • First Aid and CPR Training: First Aid and Adult, Child, and Infant CPR training for your au pair.
  • Child Development Training: 24 hours of child development training for your au pair, taught in person in Saint Petersburg.
  • Airfare: Round-trip international airfare for your au pair.
  • Domestic Transfer: Low domestic transfer rates.
